Meet The Team

Kyle Frazier and the Imagine Marin Team specialize in marketing and selling Marin County homes — he is frequently interviewed and quoted by local and national media (including The Wall Street JournalThe Financial Times, Marin Extraordinary LivingSan Francisco Chronicle, Marin Independent Journal, Tiburon Ark, Novato Advance, NorthBayBiz, and The Residential Specialist). Kyle has also been featured on HGTV’s House Hunters. Kyle’s experience includes creating and implementing strategic planning, marketing and negotiations for two major new home developments in Marin County — The Landing at Hamilton and Rudnick Estates.

Kyle is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) – one of just a few in Marin County, California. This is the highest level of distinction granted by the National Association of Realtors, requiring exceptional experience, sales results, and educational requirements.  In addition, Kyle is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). As far as we know, he is the only sales consultant in Marin County with this combination of exclusive credentials. Kyle is also a licensed Broker and former attorney.
